Up to 11 × 9, the answer is the number written twice: 11 × 6 = 66. Then 11 × 10, 11 × 11 and 11 × 12 need a little more thought. Twenty-four problems from the 11 times table, mixed up.

Ideas for using these sheets

  • For 11 × 12, think 11 × 10 plus 11 × 2: 110 + 22 = 132.
  • Ask children to explain why the repeating pattern stops after 9.
  • Use it as a confidence boost before a harder table like the 7s or 12s.

Every setting can be changed above before you print, and “New problems” makes a fresh sheet as often as you like.
